Nick has 15 years experience within the building trade and property management services. He has turned his career from building flats and houses on large construction sites and small private contracts to now delivering quality building and landscaping services to compliment full time property management.

Nick has an eye for detail and is a perfectionist in his work which has built him a credible reputation within the housing industry across Kent and Sussex. Nick enjoys working with partner’s in business and has a friendly can do approach to his work that sees him maintain excellent working relationships.

Kristy Turner

Kristy has 6 years experience in management and day to day she can be found managing new instructions, valuations and the proficient running of the business. Kristy is undertaking her exams in the nationally recognised letting agent’s qualifications to be registered with nationally recognised ARLA, (the UK Association of Recognised Letting Agents) to complement the existing membership we hold with UKALA.

Kristy overseas the additional services offered by Forest Property Management & Lettings bringing innovative ideas forthwith to complement our services and building strong partnerships with other small business locally and beyond.
