• We offer an exclusive out of hours appointment service, for tenant viewings and meeting with prospective landlords. Due to the nature of the exceptionally busy world we live in, we feel that there is a huge gap in the current market that we are prepared to go the extra mile to fill. 
• At Forest Property Management we offer appointments from 8am to 8.30pm 7 days a week including bank holidays by prior appointment, increasing the opportunity to rent property faster and offering convenience to both landlord and prospective tenant. 
• This enables us to reach out deeper within the remit of working professionals who would typically during their working week struggle to find time to view the property they wish to rent due to office opening hours.  
• We work across, Sussex, Kent and South East London typically within an hours radius of our base in Maresfield East Sussex. Offering even greater flexibility for those wishing to use our unique service. However, we welcome enquires relative to business from all areas and welcome you to contact us should you wish to rent a property in an area outside of this radius.
• Forest Property Management & Lettings director Nick is able to maintain properties in most cases without the use of external handymen, fencers, builders or landscaping services reducing the costs incurred by landlords using the full management service. Where additional services are required in the case of Gas safety checks or Electrical/Water complaints, contractors on our books will be contacted or sourced.
• Where new homes are brought to rent we offer an exciting additional service where landlords can purchase property and simply transfer its letting, management and furnishings directly to Forest Property management. This offers property portfolio owners a complete bespoke service that requires little or no management from themselves. This service may be particularly attractive to owners of multiple properties under one roof, and Investors of multiple houses purchased to rent in New housing estates. 
• We offer a bespoke furnishings service where landlords can choose from three levels of furnishings to suit, see our furnishing services menu item.
• House clearance, and preparation for rental - Unbeatable prices on quotation. Should your property be vacant with possessions that require removal Forest property management can arrange for the clearance of unwanted goods, household rubbish, old carpets/furniture and any other items that require removal prior to letting.
• Forest Property Management & Lettings can assist landlords in the neutral decoration of properties requiring a fresh start in preparation for rental and in order to obtain the maximum rental potential for that property. 
• We can arrange for the deep cleaning of the property prior to letting or upon vacation.
• Landscaping and gardening on request and by additional quotation.
