Should a landlord withdraw from the initial agreement prior to the property being let, a fee will be charged to cover the costs incurred to Forest Property Management & Lettings as a result of setting up the marketing of that property.

We do not charge for quotation visits with our in house builder / repair man
Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)are required by law before a property can be put on the rental market, these can be arranged if the property does not have one, we work closely with the providers of EPC's. Prices can be obtained for these on request.
