Nicholas Ottaway and Kristy Turner founded Forest Property Management & Lettings with the shared passion of creating an innovative, flexible and personalised service for landlords and tenants in Sussex, Kent and South East London.

Kristy brings a wealth of knowledge from her many years spent in property management and Nick offers over 15 years’ experience in the building trade and property management industry. Their combined experience means they understand and appreciate the trials and tribulations of the industry and so, Forest Property Management & Lettings was born. Kristy and Nick’s objective is to remove these barriers with a fresh approach and personal touch that far exceeds current industry standards.
